Daisy Chain, an Interflora member,is a high-class floral design and retail business. The business was started in 1982 by experienced florist Wendy Thomson. She set up in Shepperton, Middlesex, and soon established a very succesful reputation in the village, in addition to the international film studios located nearby.
Wendy's daughter Jo, a floristry teacher, joined the business in the mid-1990s and alongside running the business, they also found time to write a book on all aspects of wedding flowers.
Daisy Chain caters for all the floristry needs of the local community - weddings, funeral tributes and designs for all manner of celebrations.
When considering the flowers required for your wedding, Wendy and Jo are fully aware of the huge significance of your 'big day', and will, if requested,visit your home to present all their ideas for you to contemplate. The same care and attention is also shown when dealing with the sadder occasions that require floral tributes.
The company has been involved in creating floral arrangements for the local film industry where their designs can be seen on the 'big screen'in 'The Mummy','Cleopatra' and 'Troy', amongst others. Whenever the stars are visiting Shepperton the studios look to Daisy Chain to provide flowers for their dressing rooms and trailers.
The company has always taken great care in selecting the sources for the fresh flowers they purchase and will only be satisfied with the best. This is an absolute must as the reputation of Daisy Chain ultimately lies in the quality of the products they create.
Daisy Chain branched out in the new millenium by opening a second branch in Egham, Surrey, where they continue to give a first class, contemporary service to their new customers. We are ideally situated at Shepperton Station (the end of the London Waterloo to Shepperton line).
We are close to the M25 junction 11 for Chertsey.
We are also right on 2 bus stops (the 218,and the 555) and are ideally situated for heathrow, being only 20 minutes away.
By foot you just need to find Shepperton Station and we are right opposite.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm
These times are except for peak period days where we are open on Sundays and later than stated above.
Pricing: We start gift items from as little as £3.50 going through to anything ostentatious! We can tailor make anything to suit the individual budgets of our customers.
